Have a few memberships queued, today is the start of a new one.
I presently have no minutes and no internet.

If your current membership expires today then it expires at midnight tonight - e.g. my online account says:
Current: The Don [?]
until 21/09/2013 at 11:59pm
Maybe you have to wait until midnight for your new membership to kick in?
If you are stuck in the meantime then you'll have to buy add-ons for the required services.

As I said, they are queued i.e. one after another, I shouldnt have any interuption.

Yes - but if you have used up your current membership's allowances for calls and/or internet then you have to buy an add-on or wait for your new membership to kick in (at midnight?). What exactly does your online account say about your current membership type, expiry date, queued membership(s), and current membership mobile calls, landline calls, texts and data allowances?

Greg has sorted this for me on facebook.
My account had been put to zero for some reason, computer error?
And because of this error I couldnt make a call, send a text or go online until I got to a pc.....
