Hi,
I paid my membership from my balance yesterday but it hasn't been added to my account because I still have no minutes left ?

When is your current memberhip up? Your current membership has to run its course before a new one kicks in. Your online account should display your current membership, expiry date and the new membership if it is queued up. Buying membership does not prematurely terminate a current membership with some of its monthly cycle left to run.
