Other Help on 48

I tried to make my first phone call and the phone highlights that warning your roaming. But I'm not.

I just recently joined 48. When I try to make a phone call it tells me that I'm roaming?? Bit I'm at home.haven't left the country since I set up with 48.

Only have 37 minutes left and only topped up last week! There's no way I I used 260 does anyone know how I can contact 48 to sort this out??

Poor internet conection

I paid my membership a few hours ago and i still dont have calls, texts or data. Also my 48 homepage still says my membership has expired. It usually updates by now?

I received a friendly warning text message today that I'm reaching my fair usage limit..How ll I know how much free call mins left on my phone? As I can't see that on my profile.And can you pls tell me how much mins left?Looking forward to your reply...
