Mms problem

I haven't been able to send mms messages since the network went down last week. I have checked and re checked all my settings and still no joy???

Hi!
This may seem obvious...but! have you checked you have enough spends for sending your MMS? Have a look on your membership page and check your allowance there... otherwise maybe contact a 48 agent to get to the bottom of it.

Yeah - you need credit to send MMS messages - 30c per MMS. They are not covered by membership allowances. Your online account or dialing *100# will give your credit balance.
