Yesterday, Saturday 7 July, I phoned my brother in Meath on his landline number. The call took place at 15:03, the call lasted 7.09 minutes until I was disconnected, with a voice message saying I had run out of credit.
THIS IS NOT POSSIBLE. I have not made any kind of dent on my 60 landline minutes which the Guido Membership entitled me to.
I know I did have credit, which I planned on using for calls outside of my Guido membership. However I see now that that credit has expired.
Has it happened you used THAT credit instead of my 60 minutes landline credit that I have?

Sounds odd...
Is your brother's number a regular (01 or 04?) landline number? And not something else like an 071 VoIP number or another number which would be charged at 50c per min from your credit balance?

Hope this helps.
