Internet not working

I payed my membership yesterday and my Internet should have been back this morning but even though it's credited to my account I have no Internet on my phone. I'm payed up to date and have all necessary settings switched on and also configured my phone again just in case but no luck.why don't I have internet?

Can you even connect to http://www.48months.ie ?

(The 48 site can be accessed if the settings are correct even if you have no data allowance balance).

If not then the settings are probably still wrong.

Are you also sure that the correct 48 APN is selected for use?

And reboot after any changes just in case although it shouldn't really be necessary.

It would help if you could post screenshots of your APN screen and the APN settings.

What does your online account say about your current membership status, expiry date and data allowance?

Is there a next membership and start date listed in the Membership Planner section?

Dial *100*8# - what does it return?

Does everything else work OK - calls and texts?

Yes everything else works fine.i have data allowance there when I check my account but I can't get the internet on my phone . I got it briefly the other day for an hr or so and nothing since. The Internet symbol isn't on the screen. All the right things are switched on

Are your internet settings correct?

Do they match these?

Are you sure that data roaming is enabled?

If necessary post your settings here for review - screenshots are the best if possible.
