What do you mean by "contacts are not registered"?
Did anything change on the phone between when things were working ok and when this problem arose?
E.g. software update, settings changes, factory reset/restore, new handset, returned from roaming abroad, etc.?
What happens when you try to make a call?
Why error messages?
Does it make any difference if you dial the contact number manually or call a non contact number?
Can you receive calls?
Can you send/receive texts?
Do you have a connection to the 48 network - i.e. signal bars?
If not then if you do a manual search for networks can you see and connect to 48?
Looking at your posting history you seem to have had problems with contacts before but never responded to suggestions/advice that I posted.
Maybe there's some problem with your phone?
