New plan and data add-on but still no mobile data

I have a new plan- also put an add on and still no internet. Is there no verbal costomer service helpline instead on texting??

Did you ever configure your APN settings?

Text "APN" to 50048 and follow the instructions here to do this:

Was mobile data ever working before for you?

When? What changed on the phone in the meantime?

Are calls and texts working OK?
