Basically go to the shop and tell them that they have to give it to you. You already rang them and got a code off them so I'd go back to the shop with that code and ask them to unlock it for you . If that doesnt work ask them to ring meteor for you to get the code as they must give you the unlock code requested. The shop can say all they want about you having to ring them up but really they can do it too so don't be swayed by them.

Alternatively you can get it unlocked by an unlocking store. This will cost you about €20 though.. So I recommend that you keep pestering meteor to give you the correct code (as there have been times that they have given the wrong code and that could be the case here) and save the 20 quid if you can.

I hope this helps somewhat, If you need help about unlocking or the stores that do it , i can tell you where to go in Galway and Dublin!

Depending on the phone make/model you may be able to get an unlock code for free or for less than €20 online - e.g. eBay. As ever with eBay only buy from reputable sellers.

Hope this helps.
