Replacement SIM hasn't arrived after a week

I lost my phone when away, and i have been waiting on a replacement sim card since Saturday the 18/01/2025 and i am still awaiting on a sim - surely there has to be another way to get my hands on a sim card  - i need to be able to make calls its urgent if i am honest. I cant even access my bank/whatsapp etc - please help

It can take up to 7 business days for SIM orders to arrive.

Once you’ve ordered your SIM, you’ll receive a confirmation email. After your SIM has been dispatched, you’ll receive another email to let you know it's on the way. We use AnPost for all SIM deliveries, so your SIM should be delivered within 5-7 business days

As far as I know there isn't any other way to get a replacement SIM.
