Can't buy plan - "oops something went wrong"

Hi all, I'm trying to upgrade to the 5g 12.99 plan. Every time I click upgrade I get this message 

"Oops. Something went wrong. We are working on a fix. Check back shortly." 
 
I've tried on my mobile and laptop. 
 
Any help with this would be great thanks
