Foreign calls and texts.

Dear  48 Team,

I'm curremtly abroad in Switzerland and I can't send texts or make calls. I bought two sets of roaming add ons and a gig of internet to the value of 14 euro yesterday. It said success when I purchased the add ons last night but I haven't received a confirmation text and I cant text or call. My phone number is [number removed] and my email is [address removed]. I tried adding the swiss prefix of +41 to my number but still no luck.

Also see here since this one also deals specifically with Switzerland (which is not in the EU so the EU roaming add-ons are useless there and so you need cash credit to make/receive calls and send texts):
