Hi! I’m in the UK currently and my phone is only working when I am WiFi. Once I am away from WiFi I cannot make or receive calls/texts or access the internet or apps. The network defaults to Vodafone UK, I have manually tried other networks but they give no signal at all. When on Vodafone UK the ‘5G’ symbol continuously flashes on and off in the top right of my phone (I have an iPhone) where the signal bar is. I have tried all the steps outlined on the 48 website to try and manually set the network and to no avail. Has anyone had this issue before or know how it can be fixed? I do have roaming switched on, and I also have roaming as part of my 48 plan. Thank you

Unfortunately many people still seem to have problems when trying to use roaming services for some reason and nobody from 48 has ever explained why or provided a guaranteed fix.
As such, the usual generic advice for roaming issues applies...
If your SIM predates January 2023 then maybe get a replacement in case it helps with roaming issues:
It may be worthwhile reviewing these two threads in case any of the suggestions help to avoid roaming problems:
If you still have problems then you'll probably need to contact 48 support for further assistance.
