I topped up by €20 last night and intended on getting the DON membership as I have been the last few months. But I had deleted the message and couldn't remember what word to text to 1745 to receive this membership and texted "monthly" to 1745 by accident. Is there any way I can exchange the Standard Membership I received to the DON membership as I had intended to get?

I'd say your best bet in this instance would be to write to the tech crew, who would usually take care of all this account-based stuff!
