I'm a student and I'm having a plan for 9.99 for a month which is a student offer for 6 months but today when my membership renewed the price of the plan get more

I don't understand. 

The student plan offer is €10.99 not €9.99.

What exactly do you mean by "Why my old membership" and "the price of the plan get more"?
