I was charged twice for my guido membership this month on my visa debit card...how do I get refunded ??

Are you sure that you didn't inadvertently buy two memberships one of which will start now or soon and the other of which will stack to kick in when that one has run its course?

 

You took too much money

 

If not or if so and you want to get the second membership (which has not yet started) refunded then you'll need to contact 48 support and ask them to arrange for this:
