Are you absolutely sure that your settings are all correct?

When data access stopped working had anything changed on your phone - e.g. software update, settings changes etc.?
You seem to be using a Samsung Galaxy so note that these phones for some reason seem to spontaneously lose their settings from time to time for no obvious reason.
