I ades too much too up credit to my achou t and was looking to get a refund

I wish to move to an alternative supplier as I find it just a real issue when abroad trying to get a service on my phone.
I have credit of €24.52 on the account , how do I get this refunded?

As per my previous post in this thread, if you want a refund of cash credit on your account you'll have to contact 48 support to see if they can arrange that for you.
