Bought 2 plans by mistake - can I get a refund for one?

I accidentally purchased 2 months of credit I stead of one is there a way for me to get the 12.99 back

The second membership plan will stack on your account to kick in when the first one has run its monthly course and expires so you won't be out of pocket. 

But if you really need a refund of the second €12.99 then you'll have to contact 48 support and ask them if they can facilitate this.

We would prefer the refund.. not every one is a millionair like ur company so I feel as the app is not working correctly as u can see many people having this problem.. u hold our money for the next membership... very unfair on ur customers

It's the app.. not telling the customer uts been paid so u go back on and pay again.. then hits us with better signal we have to pay more to get 5g.. very unfair for customers
