Cannot connect to internet using data my phone is estarx40 I have changed my settings in APN to 48 settings Tia

Did it work before?

If not then follow the steps here to make sure that you have configured things correctly:

(Don't worry about the link name - it's not specific to Samsung Galaxy phones).

 

If it did work before or these steps don't help then log a support request to get 48 support to look into it for you. To speed things up it may help to state what geographic location you are in when the problem occurs.

 

I'm assuming that you have a valid membership and a data allowance.

My internet was working and now wont work ? I live in cavan

Several people are having this problem.

All I can suggest is that you log a support request and give as much detail as possible to 48 support and hopefully they can sort it out for you.

 

How to get help

 

Seemingly there are problems affecting some users (or masts?) but not everybody...
