Any body in the Shannon Town area experiencing very slow mobile internet speeds since the storm?
I switched from Eir to 48 and had no problems until then. It's regularly under 2 even 1 Mbps during the day.

Are you sure that your APN settings are correctly configured?
Maybe delete any existing APNs and configure your settings from scratch to see if that makes any difference?
