3G problem

I have lost my 3G connection on my i-phone 5s. It was working up to a few days ago but not now. Have checked my membership and all is ok. I haven't carried out any software changes or downloaded any apps in the days before it has stopped working. I have turned it (3g) off and on again and turned off the phone and turned is on again. Wifi is working fine as is the phone and sending texts but no internet. I can't figure it out so I need some help please.
