When you say "we" so you mean more than one person/phone/SIM?
Where are you located?
Try switching off, taking the SIM out, gently cleaning the contacts, reinserting it, switching on again and manually searching for networks and connecting to 48 if you see it.
If that doesn't help then you may need to contact 48 support for more advice.

You may have to be persistent and try that several times before it works.
It's due to the stupid way that Apple do things.
If you are getting messages are you sure that they're not iMessages routed over wifi?
