Need to change registered payment card details

I need to change to my new debit card.

I have setup payments to be manual but 48 wants to automatic

I have set my subscription to be manual, but 48 is automatically charging me How can I stop automatic payment without blocking 48 subscription?

€10.99 plan payment taken 3 times - want a refund

I wanted buy plan for 10 99 from account gone 3 times for 10 99 I would like get money back

As most 48sim users know, there was a technical problem on Sunday 14 July 2024.I bought a 10.99 euro package that day. but it was not loaded on my line. then I bought a 10.99 package again. it didn't work again. this time I wrote to customer service....

Paid for a plan but no activation
