I have topped up from the app. The money has been deducted but it says the merchant is processing your payment. It’s been like this for 20 mins now. Can u please fix this issue
When I go to reset my password I get the email with the link, I go to the page and enter a new password but when I go to click the “Save password” button nothing happens.Is anyone else experiencing this?
The app hasn't worked for me since 29 February. Either I get a page telling me the site is under maintenance or I get an error box saying something something is not set to an instance and I'm invited to refresh (which brings back the same error box).
