What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership status and calls/texts/data allowance balances?
What does your Transactions page say about recent payments?
Does your Buy Plan page list any upcoming memberships?
Is this your first time buying a membership plan?
Did you successfully activate your SIM?
Is your phone unlocked for use on any network?
Do you have a connection to the 48 network with signal bars showing?
