Used up mobile data allowance - what now?

I just paid for a 6 month bulk membership for 65 euro, cause i used up all my original data and for the first time ever my data isn’t working after i’ve paid and i cant find customer services

What membership plan are you on? 

The €12.99 plan comes with unlimited data.

Other plans have a limit. 

And if you use it up before the membership month is up then you need to buy a data add-on to continue using mobile data.

In that situation buying a new membership plan doesn't help because it won't start immediately but will stack on your account to kick in when the current plan eventually runs its full monthly course and expires.

What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership status, data allowance balance and expiry date?
