If you want assistance from the Community Forum then you need to explain your issue more clearly and in more detail.

What do you mean by "renewal"? Do you mean that you bought a new membership plan?

What exactly do you mean by "not connected"?

What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership status?

When were things working ok last? 

Did anything change in the meantime? 

Phone software update, settings changes, factory reset, new phone, returned from roaming abroad, etc.?

What's working/not working? 

Connection to the 48 network/signal bars, calls, texts, mobile data?
