Hi,

My GB ran out 2 days before the renewal. I have paid for a new membership with unlimited data on the web (it has already been charged) but the internet is still slow and does not work for me. I need more gigabytes before the date of the first renewal!

You can't start a new membership early.

Even if you buy it early it won't start until the current membership has run its full monthly course and expires.

If you use up membership allowances before the membership month is up then you need to buy an add-on to continue using the relevant service.
