How do I activate new sim but keep the same account I Wana add my son's new phone number to my account

Unfortunately you can't.
Unlike some other mobile providers 48 don't support group or family accounts for managing more than one SIM under a single login.
Every SIM requires a separate account and login using a different email address/password.
