Activation fee - second month free?

I purchased plan of 12.99 euros a month but it charged me with 25.98 euros with one time activation fee.. on reading some an answer on community it showed that it will extend to another month.. now on my application it shows plan is valid for one month.. what should be done?

The following terms and conditions for the one Month Free plan Promotion (the “Promotion”) are in addition to the 48 Terms of service at https://48.ie/legal/terms-and-conditions.

Promotion: Free 1 x €12.99 monthly 48 plan subject to the below eligibility criteria.

Promotion Dates: 15th February – 31st July 2024 inclusive.

So, right now, you pay €12.99 for your first membership plan, €12.99 for the one-time activation fee, and then €12.99 for each monthly membership thereafter. 

The second month is not free.
