Your post is blank and the title doesn't really explain the issue clearly.
If you want assistance from the Community Forum then you need to explain your issue or question clearly.
What are you trying to do, what steps are you taking to do it, what happens/goes wrong, any error messages, etc.?
If your issue is that you renewed your membership before your current plan has expired then the new membership won't start until the current one runs its full monthly course and expires.
This is how 48 membership plans work.
Is you have used up some membership allowances before the membership month is up then buying a new plan won't help.
You'll need to buy add-ons in order to continue using the relevant services.

Maybe your current membership expires tonight at midnight?
Can you use services - calls/texts/mobile data?
What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership plan status and expiry date?
Does your Buy Plan page list any upcoming membership plans?
