Good afternoon! I'm having trouble saving my number! I'm trying to save my number and a problem occurs. I enter my number and receive an SMS code for further activation. I enter the code and get an error!

PORTABILITY

I lost my Lyca SIM and cannot receive the verification SMS for porting my number , there is other option? By email? Or from Lyca app?
