new connection - phone not working

Hi, I paid for my first plan + activation fee using my credit card. The payment process seemed to be successful, but the plan hasn't been activated and it doesn't show up on my credit card either, which usually happens immediately after any payments....

HiRecently joined 48.I can't register my bank cards to pay a plan!!! Its been more than 36 hours now since I switched sim card,anybody any experience with this?
