Confused after joining 48 & buying membership

I have Authorised AIB to pat 25.98  to  48 mobile. Please update my credit. Joining 48 mobile is very complicated for an 80 year old (Plus a few younger helpers)!! I hope this will finally  get me started after 3 days of trying. Kathleen O Grady

New to 48 but SIM not working in phone so far

Hello,   I need help. I moved my mom’s old phone yesterday from 3 network to 48. Her phone will not work now, no calls internet txts etc. three said her phone was unlocked.  paid €25 to start up yesterday to 48       Thanks Joanne
