Joining 48?

Not receiving code when trying to buy membership plan

Hi, I ported my number from Vodafone, and I would like to make a payment to activate my monthly plan. To complete a payment, I am supposed to receive a code, which isnt being delivered. What could be the problem? Is my number active?
