Joining 48?

Cannot move my number. Mobile number not accepted

I have my new sim card but cannot activate it. My mobile number is not being accepted.

Ordered SIM 6 weeks ago but it never arrived

Hi, I ordered a 48 sim 6 weeks ago and didn't receive one . Ive just ordered another one..Is there any issues with this ?

Moving back to 48 - "MSISDN already exists"?

I can’t move over my number because it says this misindn already exists. I was with 48 in the past and I want to move back and keep my number now.

Input wrong number when moving

I just activated my 48 sim. But I input a wrong number when moving to 48 and I got a massage which told me it was rejected. And I can’t click the Move your number now.

I recommended a friend on 48, I received a voucher of 10e but I did not receive a credit of 13e, why?
