Does 48 have e-sim option?can someone change their physical sim into e-sim?if yes then how?

Hi,When I try for payment, that main page (dashboard) appears blank. How do I resolve this . I have changed my number with you as well. It's become important for me.

Why didn't I get one month free?

For my new sim I should be having 1 month free service which I haven’t got , please specify why and why I was asked to buy a new plan?

Just joined but no signal and no service
