2 SIMs under one email/login?

Just switched to 48 and lost my original number

Hi,I've just changed a phone from 087 to 48 mobile over the weekend.  I went through the process of porting my old number. It worked for a day and now I have a new 089 number on the phone.I WANT MY OLD NUMBER BACK. Please
