How to avail of student offer?

Hello, I received a SIM. I want to avail the student offer as I received my student email ID yesterday. How to do it?

Outgoing calls show correct number but not outgoing texts

I've just joined 48 and my old number was ported over however it shows on a phone call but if I text it shows the number that came with the sim, why doesn't my ported number show for both? Any help welcome thanks
