Hi, I got a new sim and sim is activated but still not working, please help me out

Did you follow the instructions to successfully activate the SIM?

Is your phone unlocked for use on any network?

What make and model of phone is it? 

What happens when the SIM is installed in the phone? 

Any error messages? 

Does it have a connection to the 48 network - i.e. signal bars? 

If not then if you do a manual search for networks can you see and connect to 48?

Is anything working?
