Can't update registered payment card details

It appears to be impossible for me to update my debit card. I now have to change to another provider because 48 is unable to assist me.   Have I been a customer for too long and is my plan too cheap and do they need to get rid of me?

Why hasn't my number ported over after 24 hours?

I activated my sim yesterday evening and it has been a full 24 hours and my number hasn’t been moved yet. I’m unable to contact customer care because there no message icon. I just want to know what the problem is?
