Card not getting activated

What are you trying to do, what steps are you taking to do it, what goes wrong or doesn't work as expected, any error messages, etc.

I have activated my new 48 card and ported it but still all my features are nit activated

This is unclear. 

In other posts you seem to be saying that you can't activate your SIM.

Here you seem to be saying that you were able to activate it? 

What do you mean by "all my features are not activated"?

What features are you referring to?
