Do you mean that your My48 account page says that you have no data allowance?
Is data working?
Are your APN settings configured correctly?

Did data work for you before?
Remember that purchasing a new membership doesn't necessarily mean that it starts immediately.
It won't if there's a current membership that hasn't run its full monthly course yet.
