I have Authorised AIB to pat 25.98 to 48 mobile. Please update my credit. Joining 48 mobile is very complicated for an 80 year old (Plus a few younger helpers)!!
I hope this will finally get me started after 3 days of trying.

Do you mean that you've just joined 48 and paid €25.98 for your first membership plan (€12.99) and the one-time activation fee (€12.99)?
If that's the case then you should see your membership plan reflected on your My48 account Dashboard:
And you should be able to use all services.
Is that not the case?
If not then please clarify what exactly you see on your My48 account Dashboard and on your Transactions page:
Once you have paid that money you don't see it as cash credit on your account.
What are you expecting to see?
