Text not sending

I've just joined 48 and tried to send text messages but they won't send

Not receiving texts

I've been told by friends they have text me/ called but I'm not receiving them but only from certain networks.

Cant activet my sim

I put the cod to activet my sim card but didnt went trou need help

My 48 doesn't give me the option to buy credit . Also my sim card has been activated for hours . How do I fix this

Lost my 48 sim and had to order an other one. Do I have to set up a new account just to keep my number or is there a way around it. Thanks

Phone number didn't switch

Hi, switched from Vodafone to 48 & my phone number hasn't transferred over to new SIM card, is there any email or phone number I can contact for help??
