Just joined 48 but mobile data not working

I ported my number to 48,top up it for 12.99,with one time activation charge. But not mobile data is not available.

I have bought a new plan but it is not working yet I have no data left and have to wait 1 more day but I can’t as I need it now!

Problem topping up - wait 15 minutes or contact support

Issues topping up even though email and password is correct and I’m signed in but can’t top up. It’s saying it should take 15 mins if not I should contact support but are not open
