I can't call or receive calls.

I can receive texts, and my data works fine, but I'm not sure why phone calls won't work for a while now. It's strange to me; I tried everything in my setting on my iPhone 13 Pro Max, but a no results.

Cannot be heard on call. Can be heard on what’s app , when I receive a call the call drops in 10 seconds
