You'll need to post a bit more information than that if you want assistance from the Community Forum.
Are incoming calls working? Incoming/outgoing texts? Mobile data?
Do you have an active membership plan?
What happens when you make a call?
Any error messages?
For all or just some calls?
When were outgoing calls working OK for you last?
Did anything change in the meantime?
