Help. My roaming didnt work in spain so my friend messed around for a couple of hours and managed to fix it. Now ive no service in Ireland and changing and adding the 48 internet APN isnt working. Can someone please help me?

Eir bill pay phone calks

48 does not let people using Eir billpay reach my phone. I can ring Eir customers but they cannot ring me. What is going on? Eir insist it is 48's fault.

Cannot Connect to Network

I have travelled from the Rep of Ireland to Belfast and my phone will not pick up a network. It keeps telling me your sim card does not allow connection to this network. Can anyone help??

Personal hotspot

I have an iPhone 7 and I cannot use the personal hotspot, anyone experience the same? Or know how to fix?

Imcoming calls

I cant receive calls from some numbers...people think ive blocked them! I think there is a routing issue since i ported my number and i got a new phone 2 months ago. Anyone know what to do?! Thanks
