Wrong number

When my sister textes me a different number comes up not hers with the last few wks on and off, she checked with her supplier and they coukdnt find and fault but said for me to check my my supplier!!!!

Faulty new sim - not picking up service

Hi I have been with 48 months since 2014. I have just returned from being aborad for 6 months and ordered a replacement sim with my old number. Despite having activited online, and contacting a 48 online agent - the sim was not picking up any network...

Whenever I restart my phone it locks my sim and I’ve forgotten my pin how do I get back into it ???

I cant make calls it wont connect to ring keeps hanging up, I am paid up and have lots of credit remaining, does anyone know how to fix this , thanks
