No mobile internet from 48 network, not stable internet connection when connecting via WI-FI.

First of all:  Mobile Data Roaming does not work when abroad: Spain, Scotland and I suppose it would not work anywhere.   Secondly: I am not able to make any phone calls or send a message, at every attempt got a message "NOT REGISTERED ON NETWORK"   ...
