Call failing on Unlimited Data €12.99 Plan and saying 0/5000

My phone is not receiving any calls or letting me call anyone. Whenever I try to call anyone, it immediately says "call failed." The website says I have used 0/5000, which I know is not true since I have placed a few calls, but definitely not enough ...
